• AS IS Contract

AS IS Contract:

• Buyer is buying and Seller is selling in the AS IS condition. Contractually, seller is not obligated to repair or provide a credit for any inspection items and buyer can terminate contract "at buyer's sole discretion". This means the buyer doesn't have to have an inspection or any reason to terminate because it is at buyer's "sole discretion".
